This controversial song was originally by Ogie Alcasid which the singer Jang Hye Jin sang a korean version and copy the songs melody even the singer Hye Jin copy the way Regine Velasquez sang.
It seems that Ogie Alcasid and Regine Velasquez are not pushing for any copyright claim against Korean actress Jang Hye Jin. Except for the title the rhyme and tune are very similar and in fact is a true Korean adaptation of the film. However a protest was made by Ogie Alcasid when the song was used for the Korean drama, Glass Shoes/Slippers. Ogie noticed the song when the drama was aired in the Philippines.
